Aviation Cocktail Recipe
The Aviation cocktail combines gin, maraschino liqueur and fresh lemon juice with Crème de Violette, creating a unique, floral cocktail. The Bespoke Gin is balanced seamlessly with the bittersweet cherry essence of maraschino liqueur and lemon adds a touch of vibrance. The Crème de violette finishes off this cocktail and gives it a hint of floral. A beautiful cocktail to look at, and even better to drink.
2.5 ounces Bespoke Gin
- 1/2 ounce maraschino liqueur
¾ ounce Creme de Violette
- 3/4 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
Garnish: brandied cherry & lemon peel
- Add the gin, maraschino liqueur, creme de violette and lemon juice to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into a cocktail glass or Coupe Champagne Glass
Garnish with a brandied cherry and lemon peel.
