This classic cocktail dates back to the 1915’s from the New York Bar in Paris. It’s light, refreshing and the perfect pairing for dancing the night away.
Ingredients
1.5 oz Bespoke Gin
.5 oz lemon juice
.5 oz simple syrup
2-3 oz Prosecco or champagne
Directions
- In a cocktail shaker add ice, gin, lemon juice and simple syrup. Shake until very cold.
- Strain into a champagne flute and top with Prosecco and garnish with a lemon twist.
