The Boulevardier. In Somewhat slang French translation, it means "a man running about town." It was also the name of a 1920's magazine publication in Paris for which the Boulevardier cocktail was named after. The magazine was a pocket guide of sorts for expats living in France. The cocktail, however, lives wherever premium bourbon is served.
Ingredients
-
2 ounces premium bourbon
- 1 ounce sweet vermouth
- 1 ounce Campari
Orange twist (garnish)
Directions
Add Dareringer wheated bourbon, Campari and sweet vermouth into a cocktail shaker with ice and gently shake until cold
Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with orange twist, wedge or slice. May also rub expressed orange peel on rim of glass.
