Love Mimosas? Who doesn't! But what about taking your Sunday brunch up a notch with a Liddel Vodka peach Bellini? It is just as light and refreshing for a mid-day cocktail, but a little more extravagant and upscale. It makes great use of summertime peaches, and will leave you and your guests satisfied, chilled and refreshed!
1-2 ozs. Liddel French Winter Wheat Vodka
1 oz. peach purée (bonus peach purée recipe in notes below)
3-4 oz. Chilled Prosecco (May also use Korbel Champagne or a similar one)
2-3 fresh mint leaves (garnish)
2-3 peach slices (garnish)
In a shaker cup, add vodka, white peach puree, and sparkling wine with crushed ice.
GENTLY shake twice.
Strain into a chilled wine flute (or any other glass you prefer)
Garnish with mint leafs and a peach slices. Enjoy!
DIY Peach Puree
- Step 1: Peel and slice into wedges 2-3 fresh/firm peaches
- Step 2: Add peach slices to a food processor or blender.
- Step 3: Blend until smooth and frothy
