For this cocktail, it’s a classic martini. The gin is the hero and the vermouth and lavender play well as the supporting cast. Sometimes keeping it simple is the smartest ingredient in a recipe. So, here is to unlikely pairs and how they bring us joy. Ingredients
2 ½ ounces Rabbit Hole Bespoke Gin
½ ounce Dry vermouth
- 2-3 dashes Wisecraft Lavender bitters
- 1 Lemon skin
Directions
Add the first three ingredients, shake or stir (according to your liking), and strain into a glass.
Express the lemon skin over the drink and either garnish with it or discard.
