What started on TikTok as a trending way to prepare and grill corn has evolved to hundreds of different recipes featuring corn ribs. Corn ribs are essentially cutting a corn cob into fourths; but that gives even more surface area to be seasoned with something sticky and full of bourbon flavor - like honey bourbon glaze!
Ingredients
2 cobs of corn
4 tbsp real butter (not margarine)
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar

3 Tablespoons premium bourbon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup raw honey

Honey Bourbon Glaze
Directions
Corn Prep
Preheat grill to 450 degrees.
Shuck corn; remove all silk and shell then rinse with cold water and pat dry.
Cut each corn cob lengthwise into quarters.
Rub corn generously with butter (all sides) and place on grill.
Honey Bourbon Glaze
Melt butter with brown sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Pour in bourbon and stir to let the alcohol burn off (about 60 seconds)
Add vanilla, stir.
Remove from heat and add in raw honey. Let cool to thicken.
Finishing
Once corn has been on the grill for 15-20 minutes, turn heat to high or move to hottest spot on grill. let kernels get a little browned/charred (about 3-5 minutes).
Remove form grill, let cool about ten minutes.
Place corn ribs on serving platter, and using a brush coat lavishly with honey bourbon glaze.
Serve immediately.
